I watched the whole thing on TikTok. First he said that “the manager” saw her through cameras that she was stealing. 2) he threatens her by saying his gonna call the police when he should’ve just done it 3) he later says “now they’re telling me to just let you go. You’re trespassing” 4) she called the police herself 5) she or her lawyer called the manager on a later day and the manager had “no clue” that even happened.
That's not right how they blaming the security when all she had to do was open her purse and she didn't want to is already suspicious.

This guy had 2 body cameras and not one camera was recording that is very fishy. Another interesting fact is that if he really thought that she had stole, he wouldn’t suddenly change his tone when she demanded that he called the cops he started to demand that she leave the store before the cops came because he knew he was full of it.
As a woman this video creeps be out. It seems he was desperate to get him in a private area alone. I have worked retail and no man working in a store should be trying get a female I. A private area alone to search her body.
Yeah he seemed pretty aggressive in wanting to search her until she called the cops
It sounds to me like she was in danger of sexual assault because why is he trying to search her? Why is he trying to take her somewhere? She asked repeatedly but him to call the police and he refused to do so.
Exactly this guy was perving
I was thinking along the same lines...
Cause of how he was bouncing quickly from straight forward to center field then threatens a tackle right to verbal rhetoric trying sending her to the exit only Gate...
I wondered if he was corralling her off out of sight to his own place where he controls the situation.
But she's has got it going and he cannot succeed.

He needs to be arrested for doing a bad job impersonating a Chechen soldier…
Wait a minute. He was the one breaking the law, he was not supposed to be working as a security guard for anyone and he was trying to trespass her? Wow, just wow!

In order for a SECURITY GUARD ... IE a private citizen to detain someone they need to have WITNESSED the crime... NOT SUSPECT the crime. He can NOT detain anyone because he SUSPECTS they may have done something, he has to KNOW they have done something. His actions border on harassment. I have been to Walgreens, those guys are creeps I bet he's a perv. This city has got outta control cops that overstep and harass people seemingly just because they are bored. Now it's all these private security, some of which are undercover cops. Some of them are cool...but some of them aren't. He was wearing 2 badges, one which is believed to be an actual NYPD detective badge, it's illegal for a civilian to be wearing an actual or replica police badge like that.
Some observations:
1. He has two body cameras. Why? Speculating a bit, Is one for personal use? The axon branded one is pretty expensive and would likely be provided by his employer, but I don’t see any indication that it is recording. The one with a green light looks to be an Amazon one that anyone can buy. You can find an identical one if you search on Amazon for “body camera”. Why is he recording only on his personal body camera? Why have a personal recording at all? What is he doing with the recordings? He stated that his body camera footage was not working. How did he manage to have two body cameras and neither one was recording? I don’t buy it.
2. He had handcuffs in his hand. Was she a threat to his safety? She was generally compliant and is a third of his size.
3. No need for a flashlight indoors.
4. He has two standard capacity magazines. Aren’t they (unconstitutionally) illegal in wa? Does he have a third in his firearm?
5. His earpiece doesn’t seem to be connected to his radio.
6. His radio setup is really odd. He is using a samcom uhf radio, and Walgreens does not use uhf frequencies - (they use a WiFi system). His radio is made to be a ham radio - so who is he talking to? It doesn’t seem like it is even turned on. It does come up towards the top if you search “walkie talkie” on Amazon though. And it comes with an earpiece that looks an awful lot like the one he’s wearing. To me, it feels like he wants to make it look like he’s getting guidance from someone else, when he really isn’t. Why would someone do that?
This is why people are calling him a cosplay cop. Thank you for your diligence.
He is crazy needs to be fired for attacking women
💯 It's worth finding out how many women he has done this to..
The only reason I can think of for two body cams is who owns the footage and when it can be released.

If you don't like the way you're being treated at one store, go shop somewhere else. It's that simple.
She was trying to, then she was threatened to be cuffed and thrown to the ground.
SWS spotted
And if I don't like the way she was treated at Walgreens, I'm free to go shop somewhere else. Shall do.
FOX 13 Seattle are you in Seattle or somewhere on island ???? where is the “Summer of love” ?????
FOX is always pretending to be what they are not. They are a woke liberal media outfit - decided to do anything to hurt MAGA and Trump. CNN is at least honest about it. FOX is working like a wolve in sheep's clothing
Apparently Fox13 doesnt want a walgreens in this neighborhood...
Apparently you think being assaulted and harassed is ok
Private security is a scary trend !
need a safe space..? .stay home..
WE NEED TO VE SAFE FROM SICK SECURITY TROLLS WHO BULLY WOMEN
we need to stamp out shoplifting for starters..then move up the food chain ..@@PollyT.Pocket22
First Walgreens covers themselves by stating they can refuse service to anyone. The guard is doing his job and she likely was doing something suspicious. “Just looking” or were you “getting your prescription”. Either way they have all the right to ask you to leave.
She was picking up her prescription
@@akeem2752 all businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. Usually there is more to the story as doing so is a loss of sales. Not exactly rocket science, most likely more was going on and she was asked to leave. Then the victim card gets played.
That Walgreen's is located in one of the most dangerous places in Seattle.
They are lucky to even have security guards who are willing to patrol this store.
Give him a break, he doesn't need this added stress.
GIVE WOMEN A BREAK nit wit 😅 USELESS SECURITY GUARD is an OPRESOR. IF HE IS SO BRAVE AS A FAKE COP I BET HE WONT DO HIS OVER THE TOP BEHAVIOR TO REAL THUGS & CRIMINALS or men. I live in Seattle so I know the store so stop attacking women!
He is a worm & bully
A security guard can only do a citizen's arrest and under that criteria only if they seen the misdemeanor with their own eyes, like larceny in this case.
Breach the Peace.
The person has a warrant (yeah, why that is a thing? I don't know)
Or they have reasonable causes (not suspicion) to believe that the person committed a felony.
No what he did is 100% wrong he NOT Active his lincese is INACTIVE
Let's have more support to abuse laws by others who aren't police 😊
This security cop needs to in jail. He doesnt have a certificate of security cop. Sue the hell out of him.
Damn when did Swat start patrolling walgreens?
2 days ago an employee of Walgreens was seriously stabbed by "a customer". That's why they need protection. Or do you expect that they are now opening the door and declaring that stabbers are welcome?
People like you would be the first to "accuse the capitalistic Wallgreens" for not protectin their staff.
AWFUL BIG CHUBBY BULLY SECURITY TROLL.
@@BernhardSchwarz-xs8kp Lol i just asked when swat started patrolling Walgreens lmao calm down Turbo! got rolling deeper then a tonka truck no hate! glad theyre finally doing something! Sad that it took someone to get stabbed for them to do this!! So calm the fuck down and keep scrolling!

If you think that's what a swat team wears then you're just completely ignorant and your comment isn't funny, it's stupid.
Is this what America is all about disgusting!
well at least we're not complaining about all the Muslim and African immigrants that come here like Europe does. USA all day.
Why is he using a flashlight inside a fully lit store? 😂
She called the cops because she knows she did nothing wrong, most likely she did not feel safe at all and most likely he was biased and assumed and perused without proving anything. What a world we live in, I would not be surprised if she sued. He seemed so full of ego. Yikes
You are on Walgreens private property they can do whatever they want.
Uh, shoplifting and violent crime as SKYROCKETED!! OF COURSE the guards need to be armed!
The Walgreens in this video decided to terminate their private security contract all because of Brian Vinegar treating law-abiding citizens as lawbreaking criminals.
That Walgreens sucks, there are a lot of drug addicts hanging out and panhandling. But dude is acting more important than he is.
Um it’s called doing his job. Literally what he is paid for.
@Coolrunnings007 UMMMMM, some people are over zealous in doing their "job". Born and raised here. I know the difference, especially being a woman of color in the PNW. Fortunately for me, I majored in Crm J. and never had an issue with law enforcement. Never.

He needs to face justice for the crime of disrespecting.
Why does this security guard have police badges. Is he impersonating a cop and attempting to aggravate kidnap as a false cop?
Why weren't criminal charges made on this guard. And take the guard , the store and security company to court. All of them are responsible for this incident.
She probably was stealing.
Why didn’t she get detained then?
FOX 13, how about you interview local LEO'S or private Security and ask them if all that is "necessary"?. Don't interview some dude that sits in an office or worked on the field 15 20 years ago when things were different.
His security company fired him for lying about seeing her stealing on video. So I guess it wasn’t “necessary“.
Private security isn't the same as police. Nice try, though. And you can defend yourself from security guards if they try to physically stop you, no law in WA state requires you to comply with them, sorry.
@@greenelephant1231 Security guards can physically stop you if they observe a theft, and for a felon,y they don't even need to observe only have reasonble suspicion a felony took place. And yes, if you resist them they can certainly use force to restrain and cuff you and that is legal. BTW, I bet you don't keep that same energy with the people that steal from the Walgreens.
You're saying that these days security guards need two body cams in a story with surveillance?
@@c45-nr4pk3gu7f1. They have to see the theft themselves, not just hear about it. 2. He wasn't even a security guard.
What an embarrassing human being, it’s bad enough cops are violating, hurting and killing but now we got guys playing pretend GIJOE at the local Walgreens doing it too. Our country is a mess
It's because your country is a mess that dudes "playing pretend GI Joe" are needed in the first place
The man had probably learnt that day that his parents were siblings. Brothers, I mean.
Drama tik tok queen
You tube troll- why are you defending Paul Blart here ? Perhaps focus on the real criminals . Bros stomach is so swollen from ascites the fact that he is allowed to carry a gun beyond me. He made Steven Segal look good. 😂
He's wearing a badge on his upper left chest and one hooked on his belt to the left. This tells me that he's representing his security company with the upper badge and he is representing a police department with the other one. He will face NOTHING!
Swing amd a miss. Good try, though
Who is the “expert” stating that the security guard is overdoing it (with his “tactical vest”)? I will be calling him out pretty soon. What is his qualifications?
You're butt hurt because he pointed out your tactical vest makes you look like a poser while doing mall security 😂😂
When you work in a town with high property crimes as well as high violent crime, yes all that is quite necessary. Lest we forget that she was filmed as well. And I'm willing to bet she did indeed steal property.
Read the police report she posted, he lied about there being a recording and a person claiming she stole. The Walgreens manager at the store wasn't even notified this incident occurred.
@@tatiapelu4629 He has zero obligation to show the woman any video. Walgreens was also aware of the incident. The reporter says that near the end.
@@jf4872 The police officer is the one who wrote in the report. When the officer asked the security guard to show him the tape, he said there wasn't actually a tape lol
I totally understand wanting an armed security guard in your pharmacy. But guys like him don’t belong in this profession. Just a big bully flexing the little power they have
He couldn’t run more than 30 seconds 😂
People complaining about his gear are the same ones voting for policies that make his presence necessary. Stop advocating for crime and then complaining about the solution.
He is not the solution.
I will not be going to a store with fat armed guards like that.
Police letting crime go crazy cuz we criticize them for overuse of force
She’s lost all credibility. Boohoo she wants a paycheck🤮 he’s actually dressed appropriately for this area . Now a nuisance lawsuit .🤨
2 days ago an employee of Walgreens got seriously stabbed in Graham. If the company would not pay for the protection of their own staff - they would scream even louder - just the other way around.
And you are simple 😐
Hello SWS
Two badges, including a detective one from New York, are appropriate? Two body cams without either one recording?
