This could have kept me in the business of haying. Getting workers become too much of a hassle , so I parked the equipment and stopped. Round bales are easier but you don't make near the money off them as with square bales.
I thought that the reason people used this smaler bales was because they are easier to store. Anyone who prefers to wrap them a leave them outside sure has long and deep pockets. Lol
I well suspect the waste plastic finishes up at landfill in India or in China for some poor peasant to sort. Some of todays ideas dont sit too well with me, but what do i know
+bearbon2 A couple wraps up to 4 is good for dry bales( 14%), however for high moisture above (17%) 10 wraps helps complete fermentation and not molding.. we do (65%) and the protein levels are around 20% on the high moisture compared to less than 12% for dry bales..
Hi +Roger Van Bruwaene! I'd like to know where to find the machine on first part of the video, the mini bale acumulator, and if you know the approximated price or where i can find this info.... thanks in advance!
+Dennis Huss Most of the wrapping is recyclable, but it is up to the individual farmer to decide. We recycle all of ours through Solway recycling. They turn it into all kinds of things.
That's a LOT of wrap used there!!
I like the sound of baler, the music is in rhyme with the baler.

I would skip wrapping if the hay is dry enough
After using balage hay for 15 yrs...I would have baled it before it was that dry. No leaf loss.. much higher quality ! Id never bale hay dry again !
Good job. Greetings from Poland 👍
I not understand the interest of to make that because the ball of hay are indoor now ...explain me the reason .
Most likely its for sale. During the winter easier to get to and move.
Brilliant job & video.
got to be some expensive hay!!!!!
Tim S This is an installation to make haylage ,what is better for horses (no dust ,much tastier and a lot more )palatable

What some people will do to avoid touching a bale of hay, looks insanely slow and the amount of plastic needed, wow!
How heavy is this machine? Can the press be able to withstand that weight?
how much did this automation cost?
Too much oil based wrap for one kg of bale
Всё для людей, не то что в нашей рашке.
а что не произведешь ? я бы у тебя купил

This is brilliant
И сколько такая приспасоба на пресс стоит?
Holy crap, why do they mummify the bales in all that plastic wrap? wouldn't a couple of wraps do the job?
It is obviously above you
bearbon2 Nope, it has to be air-tight

im not an activist but is the wraping recycled or added to the land fill or burned
+Dennis Huss Yup it's recyclable.. they just want it clean like a pop bottle when your turn it in.

Nice
Bale sledge far superior
Мне кажется очень много лишних затрат времени и финансовые расходы. Проще подборщик сделать и в телеги грузить
Total waste of plastic !!!
ANTHONY N. It's haylage, it needs to ferment!
Po co owijać suche siano
This idea is not good because he is not economy
but it's awsome:)
Git malina love song of malina
