Great stuff - thank you for this how-to! Think I’m going to try this with the bike I’m inheriting from a friend (my first one!). Actually have the key, but it’s broken.
Hi nice work, I also have the same key, the block if I'm not mistaken is from Zadi, can the cylinder be removed from the locks of a 50cc scooter? Because I would like to avoid changing all the locks and only change the keys since I only have one, I wanted to adapt the same key from another Zadi key block, can this modification be made and how do I have to remove the cylinder that you show in the video? Thanks
Question ⁉️ So I added a titanium decorative keyhead to my motorcycle key this involved using a heat gun to melt away the plastic since I couldn't pop it off than since that took so long I just cut the top loop off losing about 1/4' if that and now the key is short and for my bike its like a small cavity where the key goes it would be way better if my key was about 1/2in longer I have another key I could start over on it but even if I don't cut the loop off it will then become flush with the cavity edges instead of sitting just under it so still a tiny bit short.
Thanks for the video. Just made a key for 05 Suzuki Katana with lost key. Life saver.
