The daughter is going to be the one putting her life on hold to take care of her mother who just exists and expects everything to be done for her. Its going to mentally screw her up. Her dad, while imperfect, did all he could and took all he could take and left. Now the mom is latched onto her daughter, she's not picking up the pieces, she is just stepping into her fathers role now.
Seems like a lot of people are overlooking how the wife may have contributed negativity to the marriage also. Glad they are divorced, but this situation can't be all on him.
He needs help with his anger but honestly i would be angry too if I worked to take care of everything and she never did, then she didn't denied what the gf said about him paying her debt for a year after moving out, and in the end confession the wife said he also was paying her child support.. she just wanted money with all that fake crying...I wanted to see the pictures of the house.
Judge is 100% right. They stayed too long and it turned nasty. Pre-incident even. She didnt want to work and he knew it was cheaper to keep her. That gf should be ashamed; I’d be embarrassed coming in as a side piece on a “moral highground.”

Oh, and I like the judges ruling that he owes her 10k on the house they sold even though she couldn't come up with evidence. I'd imagine she was given ample time to present that evidence before this took place.
