Excellent update, Rich. It's actually quite comforting when someone else says they are dealing with a lot of similar issues to me, or things I've been through at various points. I think every year is bound to have its ups and downs. Hopefully more ups this time around! 😊
Another idea for 2024: barbershop singing videos like fellow bass Geoff Castellucci (check out his stuff, he's really good and milks his voice for all its worth).

Great advice, Rich, and totally relatable! Running really is the best therapy I've found, as well. And, yes, as another viewer commented - the best b-roll on youtube! It always makes chuckle. Strange word - chuckle. Anyway, I wish you the best on future roles even if it takes you away from your running documentaries. If you ever qualify for Boston and make the trip (which is also one of my goals) I'll be there to cheer you on!

excellent, one more subscriber here. Those negatives, just part and parcel of being a man with responsibilities in the world today, everyone I know feels that. Imposter syndrome in particular, does school or home prepare anybody for being an accountant, actor whatever? Just the way it is, things feel precarious…
