It’s been 8 months since i am using iPhone11 and i follow 40 - 85 charging cycle and i also use 5w charger which keeps your battery healthy mine is at 98%
Well i have iphone 12 and i have used it for 7 months . I charge it from 20-80% and sometimes upto 95% and i also use a 5 watt charger and my battery health is at 100% still . You follow a more strict charge cycle than me but its strange that my battery health is still above yours

4 years of use Android device(redmi note 5 pro) only do 3 things and battry health is 80%
1. Charge my phone with 10w charger and even 5w in summers for not getting my phone heat up and set and alarm if my device temp goes to 42° c then i will turn the charging off till it goes to below 40° c temp.
2. Dont put too much stress on my phone which leads to extreme temprature.
3. And most importantly, chrge my device 20 to 80 or 30 to 90 inbetween not fully charge but chrge it 100% when i want to spend my time without my charger.
And my SOT is 4 to 5hr
Just want to let you all know the more charging support like above 18w it will produce more heat and kill your device battery
And dont use cheap data cables and charges spend more to get great battery life

Bhai i m using 14 pro max i have habbit to charge night over at 100 % . Only 1 trick is usable that dont let down your battary below 40% its my experience. Overnight charge & 100% charge does Not effect battary health.

To not make your iPhone heat, simple trick:- If the iPhone’s charging from past 10 to 15 minutes, turn off the switch for 5 to 10 minutes to cool down. Once done then turn on the switch again and boom your iPhone won’t get hot until fully charged. Absolutely safe must try!
