Fascinating, I've driven up Topsy Grade from Stateline Access to Frain Ranch for some off season day rafting. One of the local kayakers from Kfalls with us said the road from Keno to Frain was ROUGH, and I can see that he was not kidding!
@@RileyFrasier you shouldn't have any problems taking your Rav 4 down there but I would wait until April or May. There are still some areas that might be pretty swampy up top.
I believe they are supposed to start on Boyle dam this month or at least do something to it. It will be strange having the Keno dam regulating the flo all the way to the coast.

I live in keno. I've made the trip. Many times It's a lot of gravel now. You can almost go down there with a car.
Yeah. That is nice and smooth now . I was down there in November someone did a good job grading and graveling.
Think a stock 07 RAV4 could make it? I’ve been interested in checking out way cemetery

Question. Is the waterfall the spillway between the dam and the powerhouse?
That damn is about to be removed
But yes, the Damn is right above the spillway.

It will be nice to flush all that late summer algae to the sea. Looking forward to seeing Salmon in the upper Klamath. @@bojimbooth
