- How to replace the rear wiper blade on a 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 Mazda CX-5.
It's very easy, you can do it yourself in less than a minute. The dealership quoted me $35 to do this.

I kept trying to pull the rear blade up on a 2023 cx5. Before I watched your video. I was cleaning the rear window. Fortunately I gave up, but do you think I damaged anything doing that to the rear window or rear wiper assembly? I am hoping I didn’t. Everything looks and seems ok.

Thanks for watching! If everything is working okay now I think you are in the clear. That back wiper blade is weird until you know how to take it off!

Once i pulled that back cover off, the blade still wouldn’t lift all the way for me on my 2022. I accidentally broke a bit of the back part of the blade trying to figure out why it wouldn’t lift. Although i have an ugly piece now showing, i can now slide in a new blade with ease. 😒
what about the mazda cx 30? i took the cap off and it still wont go up
Sorry, I'm not sure about the cx30 - I would guess it would be similar to the cx5, but I'm not sure why the blade wouldn't come off once the cap is off
I'm having difficulty also on my 2021 cx30
