I love the first look with that minty green dress and pink furry jacket. Her red hair looks especially beautiful with those colors. It’s disappointing that Mattel isn’t paying enough attention to the clothing for these dolls. MGA outshines them when it comes to the design and quality. The outfits are as important as the hair and the face paint. Even when restyling, collectors want extra pieces to use. Thanks for the pastel pick-me-up! 👍🏻🌹👍🏻

She looks waaay better with straight hair 😍. First restyling also great. Reminded me of Shirley Manson, singer of Garbage. Great work. Mattel should hire you to consult. They would surely avoid a bunch of garbage bin ready products. They make one good Barbie in 40 bad ones these days.

Arjen, this look is fantastic. I actually prefer her with straight hair. I will have to get my hands on a straightener as it isn't something I have a need for in my real life. I have all of this newest wave up on a shelf staring down at me just waiting for me to take them out of their ordinary block clothes. I do agree that Victoria's Dress is 'Tresh". Stellar video as always. I am most excited to receive the girl with the long dark hair, she hasn't arrived yet.

She’s stunning a bride! You are right about Barbie looks being the collector’s fashionista. I make my own clothes for my dolls so the fashions are not important to me. I agree about shoes…I have to buy Barwa(Chinese imitation barbie shoes) but I really want classic pumps and simple shoes.

Yea I agree, the colors they chose for the color blocking are lacking. I am only interested in the blonde curly hair and curvy body ! I love your restyles and would love for you to do a video of where you have found clothes and accessories
It's his doll but as a curly haired girl it makes me sad when someone straightens a dolls hair. I did it once with a RH doll whose hair was a crispy gelled mess but then I went back and added a wavy high pony. If I had this doll I would just put her hair up in half up style or add more waves.

I was so happy when you said "Makeover"! I have this doll on preorder and it should be here around April 7th. I was not going to buy her because I hate the dress. I saw on another video that the person suggested taking the top and bottom apart which I would probably do. I hate this dress i mean I was like yuck when I saw it!
I love the green and was hoping you would put that girl in some green especially with her red hair. I loved the wedding dress and all the detail on the bottom, she looked fabulous in the dress. I loved the white slacks and top with the fur pink Jacket. I love her straight hair but I think I may just wash it and leave it with the wavyness. I really like the LOOK Barbies, too! The curls were surprisingly nice, but it would be really impossible to do different styles when curly. The pinks and pastels are good on her because of the pink undertone of her skin.(another reason why that cheap looking, ugly dress was unflattering on her!) Loved the style of the Wedding dress! 😊 Thank you for another great makeover!

I like the straightened hair better. I straighten hair all the time simply because it is easier to keep the hair neat. Curls are difficult to manage.
I am too lazy to use a straightener. For Saran hair, I straighten the hair by dunking the hair in a big pot of barely simmering water for about a minute or so to relax and remove most the curls, then I comb the hair out and get out all the loose hair or kinks. I then comb the hair straight down her head and back and have the doll on a stand or sit in the sink, and I pour a kettle full of boiling water down her head very slowly. Once done, while the hair is still hot, I use a towel to protect myself and I comb the hair straight down her head and around her face and then let it air dry for a day. The hair is usually ramrod straight after this treatment. It works best for saran hair.
If the hair is not tightly curled like this Victoria, then no need to dunk the hair in simmering water for a minute. Just a couple of "pouring the boiling water down her head" process will achieve excellent results.

I knew she’d look stunning with straight hair! Actually prefer it way more than the curls. I also think she’d look amazing with a short bob. I’d be a bit scared to cut and style her hair like that as I have no experience, but I think she could look so cute that way!

She is so good and pretty, they are a bit meh when in the box, but in another clothes and with your work in the hair they are stunning!. I really love this new redhead barbies we are getting.
To be honest I thought about getting a cheap straightener from aliexpress or a similar place (to redo the totally hair waves).... but I guess that's a bad idea as all the travel ones doesn't have a heat setting, I will need to search for a couple ones cheap enough with the heat setting.
True! you REALLY need to get one with a heat setting otherwise you will have no hair left to style 🙈
I was going to skip buying this doll, likely because the outfit wasn't doing much for her and her hair colour. You really brought out the beauty in her, and I think I will likely buy her. I actually like her better than the first Victoria.

Im new to transforming Barbies..Ive always wondered if the inside of Barbies head gets moldy if its not dried out properly on the inside after dipping it in water to wash etc..

In the wedding dress she looks like Peter Parker's Spiderman bride (Mary Jane), in the white pants and pink kitten top she looks like a teen playing grown up. If you give a quick wash the curls will still hold! But if you really want the curls back in that perfect shape you gotta curl and gel them again 🥲
