परविंदर भाई साहब नमस्कार आपने बहुत ही सरल तरीके से बताया किस फ्रीक्वेंसी पर कितना लंबा एंटीना होना चाहिए धन्यवाद आपका। एंटीना के ऊपर तार बांधने का सरल तरीका एक और है बाजार में जो बैटरी चार्ज करके देते हैं वह एक कैप्चर रखते हैं लोहे की बनी होती हैजैसे कपड़े सुखाते हैं उसके ऊपर लगाते हैं उसे तरह की कैप्चर होती है पीछे स्क्रू लगा होता है उसमें तार को कस के 90 डिग्री मोड़ दो और कैप्चर को एंटीना के ऊपरी स्लीपर लगा दो जैसे ही जरूरत ना हो तोकैप्चर वाली तार एंटीना को उतार के साइड में कर दो और रेडियो के एंटीना को डाउन कर दो, इससे एंटीना के ऊपर बारी बारी तार बांधना और खोलने का झंझट नहीं रहेगा

शुभ प्रभात parvinder जी, बहुत हि साधा, सिम्पल और इफेक्टिव्ह व्हिडीओ इससे 2 बाते सामने आयी 1) रेडिओ मॉडेल खरीदते वक्त अंटेना जितना इनबील्ड बडा हो उतना बेहतर हैं जैसे फिलिप्स चॅम्पियन और पॅनासॉनिक 265-DD. 2) रेडिओ के अंटेना को पर्मनंटली तार बांधा जाये वो कभी भी बेहतर हैं.
और एक बात मेरा चैम्पियन MW पे ओव्हरलोडींग कर रहा हैं. बार-बार व्हिप अंटेना नीचे-उपर और उसको लगाया हुवा एक्सटरनल वायर बार-बार निकालाने की सर्कस करणी पडती हैं 😄😓

But my aging brain sometimes find it hard to understand all of your teachings. Anyway I am trying as much I need to learn and for that I wish to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Today I remember making a radio using the ear piece from an old telephone receiver when I was in school during the mid 70's. The problem with it was it catches both SW & MW together, but for me and my brother it was at the apex of our playing days. One senior home radio enthusiast helped us with it's assembling.

Dear Pravinder Ji, I highly appreciate (and so would our other viewer friends) your totally practical approach on finding a very simple method (in Bhartiya language we call it "जुगाड़" 😊 ) for improving the performance of our modern radios. This episode has been dedicated on improving the signal strength of FM reception. In this example, you have undoubtedly proved that the good old formula/theory for calculating the antenna length (for a particular Band segment) works as it should. This simple 'जुगाड़' will help many radio enthusiasts/listeners living far away in rural areas to help pull-in distant FM stations by adopting your approach. Good thinking Sir! Very well-done Sir!! We are impressed!!! Regarding increasing the length of an existing whip antenna, I have a humble suggestion. But before I suggest, let me clarify that, I do understand your practical application in this regard is simply to prove the theory. Said that, I suggest, it would be better if the whip antenna is completely collapsed and then attach a stiff copper wire to the remaining collapsed portion of the antenna. This will help protect the whip antenna from any undue bending/damage. All that one needs is a full calculated length (in this case 29.5 Inch) of stiff aluminium/copper wire tied to the small thick portion of the collapsed whip antenna. Hope that makes sense. And yes, this does need to be practically given a try. To the best of my understanding and knowledge, the length of a whip antenna is designed based on the frontend circuitry (internal circuit) for antenna. The whip antenna is basically designed for receiving SW signals. For MW signals it has the MW coil on a Ferrite Rod and thus no external antenna is needed. As for FM, I am not sure whether the telescopic antenna are specifically designed for FM as well. Whatever is felt easy by the user. I am sure each Radio circuit has its own designa and requirements. So, some circuits may even give better performance with even a small antenna. This video gives a simple calculation and methodology. This is actually a way to spread information and knowledge, because in order to get a handy Antenna suggestion, they have to listen the theory behind it in the video as well. सर मेरे पास सन 2002 में kchibo का एक पॉकेट रेडियो था । उस समय मैं FM पर अकाशवाणी धर्मशाला सुना करता था। परंतु वह साफ नही पकड़ता था तो उस समय मैने ऐसा जुगाड़ उसमे लगाया था । रिसेप्शन में जबरदस्त सुधार आया था। तथा और भी कई स्टेशनस साफ सुनाई देते थे। 😊❤
Sir, mere pas ek BPL/SANYO Radio come TR hai, kisme 4 band Radio hai MW, SW1, SW2, FM jisme MW, SW1 and SW2 mein bahut sare channel pakar raha hai but halka halka, dhundla sa. Aur FM mein only 2 channel pakar raha hai ekdam crstal clear, ek humara local city FM and dusra Akashvani Ka. Sir, kuch tips dijiye mujhe FM ke aur bhi channel pakadne ke liye. Maine external Aluminium wire lagake try kiya but results not very good.

Today I remember making a radio using the ear piece from an old telephone receiver when I was in school during the mid 70's. The problem with it was it catches both SW & MW together, but for me and my brother it was at the apex of our playing days.

I highly appreciate (and so would our other viewer friends) your totally practical approach on finding a very simple method (in Bhartiya language we call it "जुगाड़" 😊 ) for improving the performance of our modern radios. This episode has been dedicated on improving the signal strength of FM reception. In this example, you have undoubtedly proved that the good old formula/theory for calculating the antenna length (for a particular Band segment) works as it should. This simple 'जुगाड़' will help many radio enthusiasts/listeners living far away in rural areas to help pull-in distant FM stations by adopting your approach. Good thinking Sir! Very well-done Sir!! We are impressed!!!
Regarding increasing the length of an existing whip antenna, I have a humble suggestion. But before I suggest, let me clarify that, I do understand your practical application in this regard is simply to prove the theory. Said that, I suggest, it would be better if the whip antenna is completely collapsed and then attach a stiff copper wire to the remaining collapsed portion of the antenna. This will help protect the whip antenna from any undue bending/damage. All that one needs is a full calculated length (in this case 29.5 Inch) of stiff aluminium/copper wire tied to the small thick portion of the collapsed whip antenna. Hope that makes sense. And yes, this does need to be practically given a try.
To the best of my understanding and knowledge, the length of a whip antenna is designed based on the frontend circuitry (internal circuit) for antenna. The whip antenna is basically designed for receiving SW signals. For MW signals it has the MW coil on a Ferrite Rod and thus no external antenna is needed. As for FM, I am not sure whether the telescopic antenna are specifically designed for FM as well. This needs to be checked.

सर मेरे पास सन 2002 में kchibo का एक पॉकेट रेडियो था । उस समय मैं FM पर अकाशवाणी धर्मशाला सुना करता था। परंतु वह साफ नही पकड़ता था तो उस समय मैने ऐसा जुगाड़ उसमे लगाया था । रिसेप्शन में जबरदस्त सुधार आया था। तथा और भी कई स्टेशनस साफ सुनाई देते थे। 😊❤

Aap Radio ko tircha karke chala kar dekhein (jaisa maine last mein kiya tha), agar waise saaf aa raha hai wo station to horizontally polarized hai aur seedha karne se hi saaf aa raha hai to vertically polarized hai.

सर जी रेडियो शुरू है लेकिन जैसे ही ट्यूबलाइट ऑन करते हैं तो रेडियो का साउंड कम हो जाता है और disturbance शुरू हो जाता है और हमे रेडियो बंद करना पड़ता हैं, कोई हल बताए
