Watching a UFC fight like 4 years ago, a fighter had 4:13 and a saying on his chest. Asked a religious friend what that meant and of course it's a very well known bible verse. This is my birth date. I never see 111, 222, etc., but I do see 4:13 quite a bit. I'm grateful.

Hi Diane, any method that works you for you is fine. It really comes down to intention. Your guides will work with you in the ways they know you will understand.

Don't open with fear but curiosity. Ask that you only connect with those of higher good. Ask your guides for protection. Pray to be joined with those who seek to help you and others. Can you (or someone) explain why do the guides have to step in if we have our life plan set up before being born? Wouldn't the intervention be also predestined? Isn't God (Universe, Light) in control and already planned that intervention?
No, you have a life plan... sort of like a map. We have free will, too.... so we can get off course or get into trouble. Everything is not controlled by the light, there is just a map or syllabus of what we want to learn and experience.
one thing i'm confused about, is do people who are skeptical / concrete / left-brained, not very intuitive, etc -- do they have Spirit Guides, too? are Spirit Guides only useful for those people who have the ability to connect with them or listen to the Spirit Guides' guidance?
Everyone has at least one guide. We may not always be aware of them but they are there. We all have some intuition as well. It is our most basic instinct. Many people think of it as a gut feeling etc.. Intuition is natural and can be developed. Analytical individuals will find that claircognizance (just knowing) is often their strongest sense. "I don't know how I know, I just know". Intuition at its core is our survival mechanism. Fight or flight.

Hi Amy need your help on this. How does spirit guides work for twins? Do they have shared guide or separate??. Also if both are separate then is there sort of coordination between both guides on managing these twin lives. I need an answer since me and my brother we are twins.
Think of guides as supporting you or guiding you long the way, not managing your life. We still have free will. Even though you are twins, you are still individual people therefore you would have your own guides. In this case, you may also have a shared guide as well. Hope this helps! amy
I had a man in a suit walk up to me, give mea folded up bill and said "if I were you I'd take this and run" then walked around the corner of the building I sat at, I unfolded the bill, saw it was $100 and as soon as I saw u peeked around the corner to thank him better, and the lot was EMPTY. even Usain bolt couldn't have ran out of view in less than 5 seconds as huge and empty as the lot was on that side... no car driving away, nothing.. not a person in sight.. Some people like to refer to all helpers and inspirers as angels. This helps them feel better. Guides hav lived before and angels have not. In my experience, guides have a more dense energy to them. I have had very few true interactions with angels but when I have they feel so light yet their presence is huge. I see them more as a light being (literally light). Does that make sense?
