What is that front placard/assembly? Love it!
Shaw concepts arc V3 placard The pouch has not been released yet
The pouch is their Nerd pouch in Large, 6 Molle panels wide.
The whole assembly is a Arc V3 placard, triple elastic rifle insert, large Nerd pouch and then a Double Elastic Pistol pouch on the left and a Elastic Tourniquet Add-On pouch on the right side of the placard.
Is that soft armor behind the hard plates?
No the hard armor is underneath that outer plate isn't a plate it's a hydration system plastic plate full of water
Yes, there are soft armor backers/wings on the front and rear platebags
I just got a SC ARC V2 for my work pc, it's legit, pretty much a toss up between my personal pc Firstspear AAC V2 and my Shaw Concepts ARC V2, but I have to say I'm leaning towards the SC ARC
That'll be great for airsoft!!

I love my ice plate curve but running a pack over it can be difficult, anyone have suggestions of what pack may be more comfortable and easier to use over this setup.

I don’t really understand the phone mounts please forgive my ignorance…but the wifi, bluetooth, and cell signals that a phone emits are a huge no no for reducing your signature and traceability
Depends on your objective. If you're part of a military force that is not a concern.

The outermost "plate" on the rear plate bag is actually our IMS Pro, not an armor plate. This particular setup is also showing a soft armor backer integration which adds quite a bit of space. Details:
