Father Brad , I recently came back into the arms of the lord , the Church and have been learning how to pray the rosary. this all in the last three years . I wasted a near life time. I am knocking on Seventies Door. Today I read my first time reading in the mass . I feel like a young child full of excitement and expectation. God bless all Amen.
@@sharon2764Me too... always said I was Catholic but never fully living like one. In 2020 God in his infinite mercy permitted something horrible to happen. Today I can say I'm so grateful. I love my Catholic faith now and still learning every day. Sometimes I look back and cry but quickly realize that's not the voice of God but of the evil one trying to shame me. Thank you Lord for waiting for me and our Blessed Mother for guiding me back home 🙏
You have spoken directly to me today. I was raised Catholic, fell away and eventually came back after 20 some odd years. I have experienced a lot of guilt and it has been difficult to forgive myself. However I have a wonderful parish Priest who continues to help me through this journey. Hearing your words today reinforces my faith and shows just how good God is. Thank you!! 🙏🏼😇
I returned to the Church a little over 3 years ago, having left over 20 years ago. I understand the guilty feeling of wasted time, but I remember there is more rejoicing in Heaven on one repentant sinner 😊 I deeply love Jesus in the Eucharist, the Word, the Sacrament of Reconciliation and His Blessed Mother. My faith and spiritual life is deeper than ever before, and I'll never leave the Lord and His Holy Church again ❤
Father Brad, I love these historical lessons because I too forget why something is happening in the Bible! You made this reading so clear! Thank you! Let us all rejoice each day! 🙏🏽♥️
Went to Mass last night. This was the basis of the homily. So good, he urged us to buy a bible, or get ours out and read scripture daily from there instead of other sources.
Thank you Father Brad for the message today and of Ezra. As a Catholic, I have been away from formal Mass off and on for almost 4 years now due, to health issues. I have found in my time of online or televised mass, I have lost some of my sincerity in prayer and humility. Then I came to realize that bowing down as far as I can on the ground and praying and asking for mercy has done wonders for my spirit. It is a true humbleness, that I think we all need to experience more often. Oddly enough, I remember my time in Egypt, as a child of 10 yrs, when I watched all the people bow down many times a day and witnessed such humility of the Spirit in prayer. I never understood why they did it. Thankfully, now I do, and the only exception between me and them is that I bow to the one and only true God. For some reason the reading and praying of Ezra and his people, brought all this to mind. Your messages always inspires me not only for the words itself, but encouragement to put more thought into it. Thank you for giving me a gift back today of remembrance.❤️🙏🏻
Wonderful background explanation of this reading. Thx for the encouragement of celebrating when we learn or go deeper into our faith and realize what we have missed. God bless you 🙏
Thank you, Father Brad.

I thank God that I lived long enough to return to the church . It was His goodness that preserved me while I was away from the church

Thank you Fr. Brad. I learn something new every morning. Went to catechism but was never really taught to “read” the Bible.
Went to Mass last night. This was the basis of the homily. So good, he urged us to buy a bible, or get ours out and read scripture daily from there instead of other sources.
Our's too. Our priest is giving his extra Bibles out to use for yourself or send to someone else. Keep up the good work.
Amen to that!!!! God bless!!! 💙😇
God Bless you Fr. Brad. Please pray for my friend, Maryann who had surgery for aorta aneurysm. Thank you.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you Father. A very powerful message for all of us.
Thank you Father!
So true. Let us return to the Bible.
Thank you for your reflections and expounding on the miracle of the mass. God bless you.
Amen
Does a priest "say" Mass or does he "offer", "celebrate, " and "pray" The Mass?
Woman who does the intro has one of the most annoying voices I've EVER heard. 😵💫 I almost gave up. Glad I came back. Thank you for this.
Amen.
