Very nice! I’ve made one this year instead of making a December day by day , which always puts too much stress on me at this busy time of the year. Love the black envelopes which give it an extra something.😊😊
So…just one suggestion…. What bothers me is when people feel the need to first put tape then glue the problem with that is not only is it a waste of tape, but the glue will cancel out the tape because two adhesives together the better of the two will cancel out the other, If you want to use both, you have to make sure they don’t come in contact with each other so really if you do that you’re just wasting tape but otherwise it’s a beautiful little journal. It’s a great idea and thank you for the inspiration I adore it.
You see, when you're working with double-sided tape, it sticks instantly-no room for adjustments. On the other hand, glue is much more forgiving; it lets you slide things around, but only until it dries. So, what's the solution when you want the best of both worlds? Use both, I learned on TH-cam. Now, whenever I’m working on tricky sections-like attaching spines or hinges-I combine a little glue with double-sided tape. The tape gives an instant hold, and the glue provides just enough wiggle room to make adjustments. It's like having a safety net while crafting! For paper-on-paper projects, I usually stick to just glue. But when it’s paper on cardstock, I often go for the tape-it gives a nice, clean finish. With this combo trick up my sleeve, my projects are not only easier but also more precise.
I explain this in the two TH-cam videos. In each step, I show what I’ve used. So if you follow along, you’ll know exactly what you need. I used the card set from Graphic 45 and a maximum of 5 sheets of 12x12 design paper. You can also mix and match by using small leftover pieces. I’ll add some extra information in the description, but I definitely recommend watching both videos all the way through.

I feel using both gives a little wiggle room when placing items
