    FYI, at 1:16, Calli isn't saying "giddy giddy," she's saying "girigiri" -- it's a Japanese word meaning... well, it's kind of hard to translate, but if you're familiar with the "Watame Did Borderline Nothing Wrong" series, it's the "borderline" in that title ("Girigiri Waruku Nai Watame"). It basically means kludged, or scuffed, or half-assed, or "just barely."
    It is confusing that she's using it when otherwise speaking English, but as someone else who's lived in Japan for years, I can tell you right now that that's one of those Japanese words we sneak into English conversations all the damn time. It's just such a useful word!

    • @AdrenResi

    • @shuresuu
      @shuresuu  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Oh my god. I'm pretty sure "I sound like" is exactly what I heard when I was watching this clip for the first time and wasn't thinking about deciphering every single word. Then when I started to listen closely, I couldn't hear anything except "selling", because this word was used prior in the clip and I even searched an idiom to make sure that one was correct (those cases don't have anything in common, but apparently that's how my brain operates). And "cheat" became obvious on max volume. Thank you.

      The only Windows upgrade I was happy with was from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Ngl, it took a while to get used to 8.1 coming from 7, but when 10 was announced having the old interface, I was stoked. Sure it's not perfect, but it was a lot more intuitive for me.

      The other problem with Windows 11 (and with any OS that you are not familiar with) is that you will often find yourself not being able to do basic stuff. It gets annoying pretty quickly when you have to google everything. And also drivers, I remember when I tried switching to Windows 11 my webcam stopped working. I couldn't care less to try to fix it on OS I don't even like, so I just went back to Windows 10.

      Not anymore 32GB ram is the standard for a good gaming pc nowadays, ofc you can still use 16GB ram for most smaller and medium games but you're going to be on medium or lower quality for a lot of the bigger games. For example, without playing any games or such my PC uses 30%-ish (9GB) of my 32GB ram with chrome using 4GB.
