Well, the target of this phone is not to stand out in cameras, in fact with a single camera it would be enough for me, removing decorative cameras and improving construction that is the ideal, power, battery, screen and audio is what users of this range of redmi/poco ask for. Cameras and photos no thanks, for that there are other redmi phones

From a former Poco X6 Pro user here, I'm never gonna buy Another Mi/POCO device with ultra powerful Mediatek chip. The software really has a long way to go. Phone gets hot just traversing through UI even after debloating via ADB( 25⁰C to 39⁰C). Even COD mobile stuttered when going up to 45⁰C, that too when ambient temps are 26⁰C. RAM management is worst. Also, Mi intentionally hid Sensors off button in developer settings. Battery life being really unstable all the time. Only good were Charging speed, display, Speakers and Haptics. Happily settled with Galaxy S23 now, and now finding solace by being back to Samsung again after A22 5G. Really hope Mi fix their HyperOS soon by making it more customizable and User friendly for new users.
I am actually choosing between the discounted Poco F6 (Snapdragon 8s gen 3) and the upcoming X7 Pro (Dimensity 8400 ultra). With the same spec of 12GB+512GB, the price difference might be around USD 80. I am aware that for the past Poco models with Mediatek chips tends to have bad user experience as the OS and optimization from Xiaomi not as good. But this time round many had said that the Dimensity 8400 ultra and the optimization from Xiaomi is so different with the previous. Let me know your thoughts, thanks.

Get the F6. (From an X6 pro's user perspective. I thought the Dimensity 8300 ultra with the good AnTuTu scores would be best choice but ended up with a phone lags with refresh rates dropping below 60 under heavyload. I would choose a Snapdragon any day going forward.
Being able to unlock the bootloader and install custom roms is my biggest factor in buying a new phone. but the number of phones that have this feature is decreasing every day. I think custom rom community is going to be dead in the near future.
I have a Redmi turbo 3, and I can say that it doesn't make sense to update this phone, because what changes is 1 more year of update, a little more battery, and 50 nits more in the manual, 600+/- in HDR, in addition to IP68 protection.

Good video, I have the realme gt neo 6, with the Snapdragon 8S gen3, which gives me in antutu 1,750 million points, 16gb RAM 1024gb storage, 6.78 inch LTPO Amoled 1-120hz screen for battery saving, 1.5k resolution which can be downgraded to full hd plus because realme UI supports it, 5500 mah battery with 120watts fast charging, cost me $350 on sale My question is, is it worth trading it for a little x7 pro, sacrificing 512gb for 1000 or 500 mah (it is in debate if it will have 6000 or 6550 Mah) extra battery or sacrificing the trade off of a 13% improvement from the dimensity 8400 ultra to the Snapdragon 8S gen3, and for the screen quality to a No LTPO screen.

I use both Oneplus & Redmi phone china set before, for hyperos I got problem with notification delay or not getting notification at all until you unlock/wakeup your phone, especially with whatapp, telegram etc, but with coloros on oneplus phone I dont have any problem with notification and it also less buggy compared to hyperos, other things are quite similar, I used Oneplus Ace 3V & Redmi Turbo 3
3:37 Honestly 8x cores is a good idea for battery efficiency, If its executed well. And if you think about it the good old SD625 had a good battery life exactly for this reason.

Great first review of Poco X7 Pro, is it worth to buy it now for 330€ over Poco F6? diemensity 8400 ultra noticably faster than Snapdragon 8s gen 3? I think its a great deal to upgrade from Poco X5 Pro.
To balance out the price the Indian version will be using a polycarbonate back (confirmed) and most probably there won't be any LEDs around the cameras in the Indian version too, as per what I've seen so far. Cuz ₹23k in China will easily become ₹28k or something like that in India, and that'd not be ideal for the Indian market.
I wonder if these chinese mobile brands suddenly decide to uniphone themselves and change their UI to a proper near stock android UI, historical sight to witness truly

hyperOs is very fluid to use..... android os are now coming close to smoothness and processing of ios.... for the fraction of price😊
