Sir, a gr-c staff after submitting willingness appaear suitability test and promoted, subsequently taken the higher post. After few months (say two months) he/she seek reversion to his/her prevoous post and thereafter competent authority revert him to his previous post. Sir whether any D&A action may taken against him/her after considering his reversion?
