Bullshit ..Bahria Orchard phase 4 is also not approved by LDA,there is no issue in 1 kanal or 2 kanal on ground plots with possession.Just buy and build house today.The problem is only with 5 Marla 10 Marla plot files which society some year ago offered but so for no development has started.Just bcz people are promoting Bahria Orchard walled alongside with Chinarbagh n earning handsome commission, one should not speak bad about adjacent societies which are offering plots in low price ......I recommend those who intend to buy plots on Raiwind road,just pay a visit to Chinarbagh residents n hv their opinion....yes the society is not that maintained but the plot price is also unmatched considering Bahria orchard,lake city,Al Kabir town...I believe the major issue is with the management of Chinarbagh they hardly know how to promote the goods of their society in the new age.
