What is the different between allocation and affidavit file selling in DHA Multan and DHA Bahawalpur

- www.jaidad.com.pk knows that DHA Multan and DHA Bahawalpur is hot in property market of Pakistan. In both area files are trading of 5 Marla, 10 Marla and 1 Kanal Residential plot files and 4 Marla and 8 Marla of Commercial plot files. There are basically two types of files which are selling in both area one is Allocation Files and 2nd One is Affidavit File.
In this Property explanatory video Jaidad conclude the different between DHA Allocation files and DHA Affidavit Files. We have bring the opportunity for our viewer to understand the different between both files. There are basically 3 to 4 differences in these 2 types of files.
1. Affidavit Files are those files of plot which are adjusted against some land. Like if any one has 8 Kanal land and DHA want to buy it for its residential housing scheme that DHA will not give him money but give him 2 Affidavit file which are trade able in property market. Allocation files are those files which were affidavit first but then someone bought it and it convert from Affidavit to Allocation.
2. When you buy Affidavit property file you have to apply for its intimation letter. Once intimation letter is given by the developer it is confirmed that developer has issue this affidavit file.
3. Transfer fee on affidavit property file is less because at that time it is not considering as Residential plot file but once affidavit file converts into allocation file it is considered as Plot file than all charges such as CVT (Capital Value Tax), Stamp Duty and Advance Tax will be applicable on it.
4. Allocatio is the file against same plot and it is the file of land without any cost of development so development charges will be payable on it but on Affidavit file development charges are not payable.

Thank you for your informative video. I want to ask you for your guidance that I bought one Kanal file in DHA Quetta last week and got it verified and stamped on the back of the file but could not apply for intimation letter due to the change in the DHA policy that the purchaser should be physically present for the intimation process which was not possible for me as I am working out of Pakistan whereas, the purchase process was carried out by my brother in Pakistan. After the file was dully verified and stamped by DHA facilitation office Quetta, I made the entire payment to the seller. My question is; Is verification from the facilitation office enough to be sure that the file is genuine and I can apply for intimation letter when I come back to Pakistan next year? Please, let me know what can I do under these circumstances.
