Thank you I've had this TV for 3 years. When I tried to add some channels, I found there was a PIN code. Don't remember putting it in there. And my wife got mad when I told her that she must have done it. Couldn't push that button too many times. But after following your instructions. I figured out how to reset it and set up a new PIN code.
