About Hiromi Sato and his penthouse:
Hiromi Sato is a member of the Tyger Claws, a violent gang based in Japantown. Hiromi is in charge of running Clouds on behalf of the Tygers.
He lives in a penthouse, Apartment 8610, at the top of Megabuilding H8 located in Japantown, Westbrook.
This penthouse is the site of the mission 'Pisces'.

About the game:
Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt RED. The story takes place in Night City, an open world set in the Cyberpunk universe. Players assume the first-person perspective of a customisable mercenary known as V, who can acquire skills in hacking and machinery with options for melee and ranged combat.
The game is a continuation of the events of Cyberpunk 2020, taking an alternate path to that of Cyberpunk V3.0. The game is set in the dystopian metropolis of Night City and in the Free State of Northern California. Night City is located south of San Francisco around the area of Morro Bay, CA.
The game follows the story of V - a hired gun on the rise in Night City, the most violent and dangerous metropolis of the corporate-ruled future.

This one, the Peralez Apartment/Penthouse, and that one Mission where you have to steal that guys info from his Ex-wifes apartment are the nicest houses in the game.
