I love that in all the time gmod videos have been around, the one gag that’s remained consistent is something shocking a character, and them inexplicably hurtling hundreds of feet into the air, either disappearing or erupting in a 2-5 frame explosion. Gold.

Ive just realized something. This guy is a modern rubber hose cartoonist. All the effort he puts into pretty short clips, yet theyre always endlessly entertaining and worth another watch. Painstaking stuff, but it ALWAYS makes beautiful art
And it always looks like a messed-up fever dream.
Just like a lot of old-timey cartoons.

Medic had a surprisingly adequate reaction to someone shaking his hand from Heavy's stomach
ElTorro’s videos really do feel like dreams - impractical, nonsensical, and just downright bizarre events keep happening in quick succession for no apparent reason whatsoever, and yet it all still, somehow, feels cohesive in the end.
And once it's over you don't know what just happened, and yet you also do
They fully resemble ancient, archaid, inchoate creation mythology, where characters can just eat each other with no real onsequences

I always wanted to make weird shit in GMOD, but I can never be at the same level as Eltorro. Man's just too good.
Listen buddy, I feel ya. Wanting to create something, only to be discouraged by seeing something I can never top, however it doesn't have to be better than what this guy does, whether it's weird abstract gmod videos, or in my case video games. It doesn't have to be better , it just has to be there.
Tl;dr don't give up just because you think someone is better
He's been doing this for over 10 years, nobody would start out being this good
you been to the future? i dont think so. you dont know if you can or cant be on the same level or hell even better if you dont try and keep at it. animation, especially in a 3D space, is hard as fuck though so expect frustration and annoyance.

I love that after Sniper gets dispatched by the real doctor, his corpse is just there in certain scenes along with a jarate splash.
There's so much attention to detail in these it's amazing.
Also, his death pose is a reference to Family Guy tv series

I love how you've made every one of the 9 classes have multiple different face shapes, so much so that they look far from what they originally look like. Really gives each of the 9 a unique feel to their character in each video. I've been watching since BARBECUE was released, has really made me realize just how far you have come as a creator!
The music in these videos always perfectly accompanies the animation, and some of it is oddly specific, like the portal knights desert theme that has shown up in several videos.
This is some high caliber silliness, and even a callback to a familiar Spy facial expression and a Death Stranding reference?!

Honestly, that Medic is probably the most normal Eltorro64Rus character we’ve ever seen.
He pushes the fake doctor out of the way and tries his best to assess the situation, even cringing at the thought of putting his entire hand in Heavy’s mouth. When he touches Scout’s hand who then grabs him, he NOPES THE FUCK OUT. I’d do that too tbh
