- Hello friends! In the quest to conquer the ever complex world of K Beauty, I'm trying two brands I've dabbled a lil in and exploring more of their products! Specifically I'm talking about VTCosmetics and their Cica Care lineup (RICH in my favorite ingredient, centella asiatica), as well as Neogen's Dermalogy line! Style Korean (mega K Beauty retailer) reached out to me as asked what products I'd like to try out, and I took the opportunity to explore the two brands I'd been dying to try more from!

Of course! I’ve definitely incorporated it more frequently these last few months since it’s such an important part of product experiences, both for people who enjoy fragrance and for those sensitive to it

It’s definitely the milder of the smells in the Cica family lol. I just love the efficiency of it. It really does just melt and wash everything away so easily with the smallest amount!
Loving the intro to a new brand for me: VT Cosmetics. I am seeing neem oil in a lot of products these days. Can you clarify skin benefits of this ingredient? Here in Senegal, we use it to keep invasive biota ( ooooh, new word for me!) off our potted plants.
I once had a travel size kit of the VT cosmetics cica care toner & lotion in one of my YS orders. time I try this stuff, eh? :D
I'm curious if products like the neogen micro ferment could cause acne even tho it's "good" bacteria... I almost bought that last night but I also wanted the dear klairs fundamental watery oil drop, both have fermented ingredients and I was worried both together would be too much. So I just got the klairs. But I'm still going to try the neogen eventually!

My personal goal is fading my sunspots and making sure I that no one can guess my age correctly. I am a month away from 31 and most people guess I’m in my mid 20’s. I know I have great genes but I never wore sunscreen in my 20’s so I need to fix the damage my stubbornness created.
I love that you try to always focus on affordable products since being a retail supervisor doesn’t exactly bring in plenty of coin.

@ I am using The Ordinary’s retinol at night and vitamin c in the morning. I also have a mugwort essence that contains niacinamide and a lot of skin soothing ingredients.
My very sweet co-worker bought me a nice red wine so I at least ended my day with comfort food and a good drink.
Someone hit me with their car but thankfully I just have some bruising and mild whiplash. But you better believe I am going to milk my injured status at work today 😉
