- I rented the Game Ready to help speed up recovery from my recent shoulder surgery (distal clavicle resection). The machine will come with a ton of instructions, which most of you out there will not need. This is a simple 1 min quick guide that will get you started right away with your Game Ready.
The Game Ready cost $150/week to rent.

I rented the Game Ready Ice machine to help speed up my recovery after a second shoulder surgery.
Here is an easy to follow quick guide on how to use it. Thanks and have a great day!
Does it help with healing, pain or both? Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
@@NickSiekierski it puts pressure and ice at the same time. It was definitely a pain relief to use this throughout the day. And a lot easier than fixing ice bags. It’s expensive though, rental was $150 per week. Thanks for asking 👍
Hi thank you very much for uploading the video. I was wondering if you had used a Bregg Vpulse machine as well? Wondering which one might be better? Thank you very much again for the intro video
@@133bernie I have not tried that, so not sure which one is the best. I liked the Game Ready and wanted to keep it longer but it was $150/week to rent and that added up quickly 😩
Love This guide!
Did it come with the sling? I see the GR has been modified over the years vis a vis a sling attachment.
Yes it came with a sling. I used the sling for when going out and about as well, it was much better and easier to use than the sling the surgeon provided me with.
How do you use it whilst you’re still in the sling? Thanks for the video. I have AC joint surgery on Wednesday and thinking about renting one.
I had the sling on from surgery for about three days. Then I used the Game ready sling from then on. The game ready sling is so much easier to get on with all that pain etc, and it supports the same way a regular sling does.
@@DanesinTexas thank you, just a bit worried about keep taking slings on and off etc. I have to keep it constantly supported for 4 weeks
@@alexjenkins5632 yea it’s a mess and you need someone to help you. Sorry you have to have this surgery but I wish you all the best 👊 heal quickly 👍
@@DanesinTexas thank you appreciate it. Had such bad instability for the last 2 years that won’t respond to physio. I think I’m having a different op to you but still AC. I’ve hired the game ready for 1 month.
