As a former employee of Bonnie Springs (and one of the Cowboy gunfighters), I can say that the brick and iron gate entrance to Bonnie Springs Old Town, is not part of the original entrance. That was built after the town was taken down. The son and daughter of the original owners finally got tired of running it, and their kids didn't want to take it over, so they were offered much $$$ to sell, as the restaurant and bar had a grandfather clause on it's deed to the land for a casino license. I spent a lot of good time there, and met good people and had a lot of experiences. I miss seeing the mountains.
😫😤 I lived in Las Vegas for 11 years! I haven’t been back there till 2013 and I’m coming there in August this yr With a friend and I was hoping to take her to Bonnie Springs 😔 I’m sad that she won’t be able to experience it. Even sad because what happened to all the animals? What’s gonna happen to all the wild horses/animals Around there once it’s developed? They call it progress I call it selfishness - Where are all these animals going to go? With more development comes more noise and chaos that will scare them off
That's so screwed up. My ex husband and I discovered it while getting out from the strip one day a few years ago. So how do you move a Haunted Opera House and what happened to the animals? Hope the ghosts of the Opera House Haunt the new owners. BYTW I plan on moving to Nevada or California in a couple of years from my home state of NC. I love the West!
What HORRIBLE cr@p!! I have tears in my eyes after watching this. We LOVED Bonnie Springs. Now it is going to be some soulless development for the Kardashian crowd. So disgusting! 🤮 🤮🤮😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬Drive these developers out of town and give Vegas back to the people!

Those are brand new gates n fence for the new development
