Check out the handwriting on Patsy's stuff like fam photos compared to the note, the exclamation points she liked to used and the fancy words an average kidnapped would not use. The information that I have, is that a neighbor or neighbors from Boulder, Colorado noticed JonBenet with either a black eye, or some kind of injury to her face. The Ramseys said Burke hit her. (I know siblings get in to fights) It's just too many things are weird. The crime scene was ruined, why invite friends over while the police are conducting an investigation?, the ransom note was written using materials from inside the home, the ransom demanded was the exact amount of money John received as an Xmas bonus that year, when Patsy called 911 she began by saying "we have a kidnapping". I'm sorry who begins a 911 call that way? The coroner found a piece of yellow produce in JonBenet's stomach. (The Ramseys like to eat chunks of pineapple with milk poured on top) It's possible JonBenet grabbed a chunk of pineapple out of Burke's bowl. Agitating an already agitated Burke. There's more but I don't remember it all.

    After JonBenet was knocked out that night - and Patsy woke big Jon up - it was too late to call 911. Burke was asleep and they must have figured that any EMS / PD coming to house would immediately see that Burke had been asleep. And that leaves what happened wide open to either parent. Obviously they could not call it in as an intruder then. The autopsy showed JB died likely around midnight- 1am. That fits when some incident occurred. That fits with why some crazy randsom note was extensively written in the home. That fits with why Patsy was still in her same clothes. It fits with why Burke was asleep all night. The parents did this. No way to prove it. But JB was hit over the head first. Horrid head fracture. Parents thought she was dying and did the cover up. Too much to lose right?? Money, reputations, even losing Burke. Back then - Ramsey was making millions. Was a big wig. Had a huge reputation to protect. Exactly why it went into overkill. Mr. Jon took JB to the basement and then made it look like a very different crime. Patsy wrote a ridiculous randsom note. I bet Jon has read it and then they just decided to call 911 - start the game. No one else did that to JonBenet. There was no intruder.

      As a stay at home mom I believe someone wanted a personal meet and greet with this child. Her parents allowed them access for a price, the meeting would take place in their basement to insure safety and to put them at ease. The murder went at her as soon as he was left alone with her and locked the door on his way out. The son already had major jealousy issues, knew what happened to her and held it against his parents. Meaning he finally had his parents to himself. The whole story of ransom was panic because they had no clue how to explain what had happened. Hence the reason for their story in shambles.

    I've read almost all of the books, watched all of the videos on here, about this case. Without a doubt is an inside job, for many facts. Instinct told me, last night, that the reason there was a ransom letter written, is because when Jonbenet was murdered, the dad couldn't drive her body anywhere, as he would have been seen, and/or heard, by the neighbors driving the car out of the driveway. With Jonbenets body remaining in the home, and to take the guilt off of them, a ransom letter came to mind. Their stupidity points everything back to them.

    It has always been so obvious to me that the brother did it, and the parents covered for him. I believe authorities actually realized it, and in feeling sorry for the Ramsey's and realizing that the brother was not quite right mentally that they backed off of the case. In fact, there is a recording where Mrs. Ramsey's failed to hang up the telephone from a 911 call where she is recorded chastizing the brother for what he had done.

      It's definitely an inside job. Not some random IDI theory.
      DNA found on JBR's underwear was traced back to some factory worker, packing them in China. Only other DNA found at the crime scene were John's, Patsy's and Burke's.
      Patsy's bad acting job gave it away. Why would anyone call the police when they have a ransom note saying NOT to call the police!? As well as, why would anyone not read an entire RANSOM NOTE "regarding someone having possession of your daughter!!??" It's just failed excuses!! She would have done a way better acting job, if she didn't create the scenario of her finding the ransom note before the police arrived! I'm just so fed up with how they've gotten away with this even with their bad acting! Just so outraged

    I don't see how the Ramsey's could be dismissed as suspects because their DNA was all over that house. Basically they can talk about some new DNA miracle. Nothing can explain away the random letter - EVER. Patsy wrote that letter while Daddy was in the basement - finishing things. Of course it was overkill. Only to detract from parents. I tend to think that Jon Benet was up that night. May have wet her bed. Patsy takes care of things - gives Jon Benet the pineapple and milk trying to get her back to sleep. Jon Benet - mouths off to Patsy in the kitchen. Patsy strikes Jon Benet over the head with that huge flashlight. Knocks her out - then freaks out !!! Jon Benet was not bleeding from that head wound found at autopsy. And that fits with no other blood found. I bet when Jon Benet was laying there - unconscious - Patsy freaked out and woke up Jon. Jon Benet may have been hardly breathing. But still not bleeding out or having gross swelling to her head injury. Parents figured she was dying and then saved themselves. Went into extreme cover up mode. Probably all big Jons plan. No way could Patsy handle all of that on her own. Daddy Jon did all the nasty coverup while Patsy wrote that extended - crazy randsom note. I bet she was writing that for a few hours while big Jon did the rest. Including getting rid of evidence. Like duct tape. Rope. He could have dumped that anywhere. Remember - he was fast on the phone that day to fly out of there. Calling his pilot after JonBenet was found!!!! Who does that ?????? Guilty people do that. Period and end of sentence. So - no fringe DNA now being tested - explains away any of the parents actions that night.

      @skyriverblue1443 It has never been proven Patsy Ramsey wrote the ransom note.
      John wanted to leave and return to Atlanta because they considered it their home and their family was there.
      They wanted to be with family for comfort and emotional support.
      I would want to be with my family if I were in their situation.
      Besides that they felt they would be safer in Atlanta.

  • @garylefevers
    @garylefevers 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    For those who are saying that it was the family, remember, the DNA does NOT match anyone in the family. I am very ashamed to say that once I believed the parents did it. Much like I thought that Princess Diana was a saint until she admitted to having at least two adulterous affairs and I saw my own hypocrisy. After that beautiful little girl was so horribly murdered, I fell for what the police and media were flat out saying about the parents. Until I grew up and learned the ways of the police in one horse towns like my own and media. As much as quite a few people claim to be on to the ways of the mainstream media I am totally shocked anyone believes that about the Ramsey family anymore. However, much like in politics, hypocrisy and the fact that it does not make scenes does not matter as long as it fits your world view.

    • @philipskalla4312
      @philipskalla4312 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Quite apart from the fact that one could reasonably expect the girl's parents, who evidently adored her, to leave their DNA all over her, there is the fact that her father picked her up and handed her over to the police, yet no DNA from him or the girl's mother was found on her.
      It is also reported that no fingerprints were found on the ransom note, even though Patsy found it and obviously handled it, and presumably her husband did afterwards.
      The DNA evidence and fingerprint evidence are therefore of no use in this case.

    This police department has botched a few different investigations. I’m genuinely horrified that we might never know what happened to this little girl. As the mother of a daughter, this breaks my heart. It was easy to point to child beauty pageants as “weird” and “suspect” but it was a real thing and not all parents who included their children were wrong for doing so. I can’t imagine dying with suspicion still hanging over my head, only wanting to find my childs killer and putting my pen mental health to ease.
