Thats the most shittiest build, the bottleneck will be around 30\35% Gpu is too overpowered for i5 4570, at least use i5 7th gen for less to no stuttering issues, cz it doesn't matter what card you have if your cpu is too low for that card, you won't be able to utilize your card even half of its power.
The bottleneck in this build does not exceed 18% because the graphics card is operating at its maximum capacity of 100% and the processor does not reach 100%. Watch the gaming experiments at the end of the video to understand what a bottleneck means.

That processor is a beast still. Bottleneck occurs when you use more powerful cards like RTX, we re fine with GTX versions and Rx 5 Series atleast.
