My favorite detail is that the welt stitching matches the fudging, so every time the thread comes out it aligns with a divot. I never see it done, but it's so satisfying.

In my not so humble opinion the very best shoe crafter on you tube. I found this channel while watching bedo’s, and never went back! Not sorry bedo. I know that right now, mr. Kim is either crafting another pair, editing video, or both. Love the videos!
Steve from Bedo's is a cobbler, a shoe restorer, and not a shoemaker, like Terry Kim. Although related, theirs are two very different crafts. Both Steve and Kim show to be among the best in their respective disciplines. I have learned a lot from both of them (and others) and can only recommend to keep watching both on TH-cam if you are interested in the making and taking care of shoes at a very high level of craftsmanship.

I've been trying to get my son to watch them as well. If for nothing else, he needs to know how a shoe should be crafted versus ready-to-wear footkillers are made.

Amazing craftsmanship. I have a pair of Nicks Boots on order, which too are handmade, but not on this level I don't think. However still custom, handmade leather craft, so I really appreciate what it takes to get these made. Thanks for the video.
What I find amazing is that you completely incorporated that insole and added a full sock liner (removable insole?). Retail shoes simply have a glued on leather insole and a heel only glued on sock liner. I just had a leather insole completely cracked and crumble so I think your way of doing it will make shoes last way longer.
