What is a promise? Webster's dictionary defines it as a declaration that one will do or refrain from doing something specified. How many promises do we declare each day? Have you ever told someone that you would call them back, but didn't? How about saying "I'll pray for you" then forgetting to do it? These are just a few examples of promises that we make daily.
