Not true, the judge has to grant them a certificate of immediate review by the appellate court in order for the appellate court to look at it. In the trump trial judge macaffee did grant that certificate. In the ysl trial, the judge didn’t allow for the review. The appellate court can’t just review a trial because they want to.
