Thank you so much, Nick. I went for the Twin Tempspike and cooked a pork roast today in the dutch oven... It worked flawless. My mum sat fascinated, watching my phone and couldn't believe how perfect the meat was... Definitely worth the investment.
I have a TP08 and a TP15. The TP08 has lasted years, only had to replace probes once (cheap), never had a problem and the batteries LAST. 2 seconds difference doesn't seem like a lot until you are probing around your brisket on the smoker! Quick question about the Tempspike, is it long enough to get to the middle of a big piece of meat? Keep up the good work, thank you!
I've used the Tempspike on chickens, turkeys, briskets, prime ribs, etc. It has worked perfectly on all. I recently got a TempSpike plus, which is a little shorter, and it has also been working great.
@marco785 I just got a dual probe pro and am about to test it. I have a Twin Probe original and use it alot. If you cook alot of big meats, either of the dual probe models are great. If you are just cooking one big meat at a time, single probe is fine.
@@bignicksmeatsntreats I really appreciate the quick feedback! As far as what you reviewed, the twin wireless with the display seems like a no-brainer. What are the pros of me getting the single plus if it’s a bogo deal? Thanks for all the help! Is “ less is more” in this bogo situation? I’m more focused on accuracy than quantity of probes. I meant plus not pro. My apologies.
I wish they would stop making devices need a phone app to operate, it should be an extra not an only. Like it use to be with devices and phone apps first came in.

Awesome job!
Thanks!
If you could get a bogo deal on the dual pro or the single thermo pro which would you prefer?

@@marco785 I like the thinner probe on the Plus.
which one can be connected to two phones? (e.g.: in case two people want to watch the temperature?)
I don't know if that is possible. I'll try it.
