Interesting video especially as i’m embarking on pbp soon! Thanks for making it. Just a comment that a lot of the french place names are mispronounced (google translate is quite handy as a way to check)
My sincere apologies for the poor French pronunciation. We have are taking French lessons at the local university and are working on the pronunciations
Hi Regan I just rewatched your video on the different size of apidura saddle bags. What size do you use for a 600km brevet and what size are you going to use for PBP thanks
I’m going to use the 9L Apidura saddle bag for PBP. Just taking absolute essentials. Two spare tubes, tire levers, puncture repair kit, chain breaker, spare chain link, tire boot, ultra light rain jacket, arm warmers, leg warmers, long fingered gloves, Spot Trace, and four sandwiches 🥪. Will meet friends in Loudeac on the way out and back to swop with duplicate saddle bag and riding kit. Gels, credit card, cash, insurance details, identification and brevet card on top tube bag. Personal hygiene items and bum cream in drop bags only. Spare tires x2 and spare charged Wahoo Element Roam in drop bag p
Great video,many thanks.

It’s v cool that you’re taking lessons! I’ve been on Duolingo since the start of the year but it’s hard work, haha. Best of luck on PBP!
