@@Cay_267 real full load happens in heavy work scenarios only snd during that throttling is normal and you will lose few seconds only, in game there is no way to get full utilization for expanded time duration so no need to worry.

Yo, u still there? i have an RTX 4060 laptop and it usually only gets from 180-215 fps in fortnite, i used this app called Lossless scaling to use frame gen on fortnite, i lowered some graphic settings from 1080p to 720p to ensure id have a high base fps while frame gen is active Eg.(120-160 fps) i then used 4X Frame Gen and i maxed out my 240hz monitor and got well over 520 fps lol, plus i didnt notice any input latency because of my high base frame rate. my $750 laptop now gets same fps as $2000 laptops. plus in cod when using low graphics, 4X frame gen, i get around 275 to 300fps when without it id only get 135 fps . this app is CRAZY!!!!
I have the same graphics card and what seems strange to me is that it only uses 20% during the entire game and my processor, which is an Intel i5 8400, is at 100% all the time. I no longer know what to do to solve this problem, it frustrates me how badly the game runs, I feel as if my mouse weighs 20kg
you're probably using the integrated graphics of the cpu instead of your gpu, try fixing it in BIOS. also, your hdmi cable might be plugged in into your motherboard instead of your gpu, try plugging it in your gpu instead.

I expect that the load rate will be quite high even with the 8400 6C6T CPU in the latest Fortnite. So I think the FPS won't increase and the GPU load rate will remain low. I think it will improve if you lower the CPU load rate. If possible, reinstall the OS once to clean up your PC, and play with only the GPU driver updated. だいぶ厳しいです。CPU、GPUの性能が悪すぎます。
中古じゃなければ、fortnite低設定で120fpsに届くか届かないくらいだと思います。
改善すべきは、CPUです最低でもryzen 5 3500にしましょう。
グラフィックボードは、少し古いですが、少しは使えます。（できればgtx1080がいい）

The GPU has good performance, so if you play in Performance mode, I think reducing the CPU load will improve the performance.
