@@Ren-1979 As a linguistics Student my clear answer: I don't know. Guess it's a cut version of several voice layers that just overlap. It's a common voice effect in lounge music. Must be a stylistic thing, cause some DJs thought that 'yeah yeah yeah' or 'huhuuuuuu' or 'aaaaaahhhhh' ect. is getting boring with time, cause it appears in all kind of songs. So they changed it to not sound 'brittney spearsy' 🤔
