Also fun this was hinted at the dark allowing Kinger to remember when he had the bucket on his head recalling Ragatha's first day.
What i like most about Zoobles' metaphor for body dismorphia is that them feeling uncomfortable in their body still makes sense even if you know nothing about the condition. There's subtlty to it
NGL, when the monster's head stayed still after screaming at Pomni and Kinger, I thought it was basically saying "This is the part where you run away."
Interestingly the Angel could've killed Kingler when he was in it's mouth, it could've bitten down but obviously it's programmed not to actually hurt the players because Caine isn't trying to actually hurt or wound them.
The Big Box o’ Zooble Bits didn’t quite come out of nowhere, if you rewatch the first 2 episodes you’ll notice Zooble’s design changes ever so slightly in both, and the portrait on their bedroom door is also just a little different than how we’ve seen them. Also, if you look closely at the notepad they’re holding when giving Cain therapy they’ve actually drawn something on it, I’ve always wondered whether that’s revenge on Cain for not paying attention earlier, or an attempt to pitch a new virtual body to him?
I love the Evil Dead nod l with the audio recorder retelling creepy stuff. Actually it seems Evil Dead was a heavy influence here throughout the episode!
3 things to note, the number 57 has been mentioned in each episode, secondly knowing his wife got him to like bugs really makes episode 1,2 more context, and thirdly, when jax is describing what happened to each as they hold their breath, a figure is in the background before he vanishes

And as it's still fall I highly recommend the mini series Over The Garden Wall, you'll love that one, you either can break it up as the original 10 shirt episodes or view it as one 2 hour movie. There's also a bonus episode that served as a Pilot Tomb of the Unknown
It seems amazing to see you guys react to this latest episode of TADC as it’s wholesome, scary, and entertaining at the moment throughout this episode. 😄 Also it interesting to state that this episode spark the series to come on Netflix within being the 3rd show I know that gotten the “Indie animated series” to Streaming Services out there. With that said, it seems interesting that Zooble got some spotlight on them that struggle through “Gender Identity Disorder” that make them question on who they are and what parts fit them. So glad the series creator announced that there be an episode dedicated to Zooble and discovering on who they are in the series.
Funny how most people viewed Kinger as "crazy". And while he is, he's also very wise and caring. The fact that he gets memories of the last moments of being with his wife when engulfed by darkness is just--😭💔 He used to hate bugs, but his wife got him to like them, which explains why he loves insects. He also has a pillow fortress he's always in since again, he gets memories of the last moments of being with his wife in darkness 😭 This episode is what made me have Kinger as a favorite. Kinger has always been one of my faves. Since when the pilot came out--But episode 3 is what really made me like him more. Kinger is such a good father figure to Pomni
