Cartwheel Full Twist Progression

- This my cart full twist progression. The first clip you saw was my first attempt on the full twist and the last clip is when I finally landed it. Its a compilation of multiple clips from different timelines in span of years and months. It did not take a few days.
My advice to you:
Start with a cartwheel and build power from it then try to do a pop 360 twist out of the cartwheel once you can feel the power. Then just do it and do it, until you find the courage to slowly flip it into a cart full twist.

I am having the EXACT SAME fear issue that you had at first.. I just kept doing a 360 spin out of my cart.. so afraid to send it more inverted. This was exactly what I needed to see. Thank you.

Just wondering, but did you learn the cart front first? Or did you learn this from the 360 method then trying to go more inverted???
I don't know how to do the Cart-Front so I did Cartwheel and pop into 360 spin until I slowly got it inverted. Thanks

How long did it take ?
It took 1 year but it does not mean I was doing it everyday. When I first started I did not have a good cartwheel. It took me so long just to build power from cartwheel, once I got the power from cartwheel it took less than a month.
