Disagree. Using RB (R1) to block up and RT (R2) to block down was completely retarded. Especially with the parry system in place. You had to have a finger on each R trigger because there wasn't enough time to switch back and forth with one finger. Now by using only the triggers both L and R to block up and lower, it's doable with a much more natural controller grip. No need to have a separate finger on top of each trigger button. This new setup is less complicated and has better flow.
After 3 hours of non stop playing in hard difficulty, I couldn't win by submission. The simple method is just crazy, the mini game was a bit better. What about legendary difficulty!

Brandon Clark same. Super disappointed. The control set up they have would be better if they integrated the analog stick for strikes like their fight night games. This is turning into mortal combat with head movements and just doesn't fit. Their goal was to be able to reach casual ufc gamers but I don't see how when this game is making veterans struggle. Hopefully they come out with some updates th at fix some of the problems. Or offer an alternate control set up to use the analog. That'd be cool.

Fight night boxing was so much better, just had to worry about hands and leaning or ducking.
