I burned thru so many of these Jabra 20s because they keep breaking at the joint. I like the sound quality price but especially comfort but the durability is terrible. The plastic swizel joint just doesn't hold up and keeps snapping if you drop it too hard and it becomes brittle over time. So I keep buying replacements every few months. Is there a similar model with metal joints? I do like the lightweight comfort of these as the higher end models look pretty bulky and heavy.
