Ikr, I bought Heroes 4 on GoG to check it and it's indeed in the game. I was so in shock I even finished the Spazz Maticus campaign. The level design isn't any better than this intro animation, lol. But it has it's charm in a weird way.

All names are some sort of a joke. Devs knew they are going to go bankrupt, that this expansion was just a cash grab, so they probably did not feel like trying to do anything serious.
Winds of War is a nice example how could an awesome game have a truly shitty add-on... but at least the intro provides a nice supply of meme material. :D
god i love this piece of shit game, it had so much new to bring to the homm series but absolutely shat their proverbial pants in other areas. In fact this game shit the bed so hard that literally every new good concept it brought was completely excised from all further games. No more independent heroes, no more direct hero participation in combat, back to the square tile battles etc. At least the soundrack was top fucking tier.
Why the hell is Von Tarkin is here? Tarkin is a legitimate part of HOMM expanded universe. He is a hero of Forge Town. He has no rights to be here. He died during the Armageddon Blade's campaign (the Forge one).

We got a mysterious and magnificently powerful wizard, so we call him Mysterio the Magnificent. We got an elf, elfs usually love nature and have weird names so lets just spell "lover nature" backwards and call it a day. We got a lich, hes a noble so lets give him a steriotipical noble name Baron Von... lets name him Tarkin like that one guy from star wars. And we got a mad king, so lets literally call him a fucking spazz. Dev1: ... Are you serious!!! These are the worst ideas i have ever heard! Please tell me this is a joke... Dev2: listen, our publisher is going to go bankrupt in a year and we dont have time or a budget to do anything. Just make the artist draw so character doodles, make a powerpoint presentation, make Steve the janitor narrate it and finally look for a new job while you still have time and a disposable income
