I recently found out about this game and it looks really good, it’s basically a remaster of fnaf 2 if Scott decided to make one!

The idea of moving the music box to a random room every once in a while is absolutely brilliant ngl, it actually makes switching cameras useful after night 2.
Honestly the new movements for the animatronics are cool. Makes them more movable and creepy looking.
Fun fact:The Toxic mask challenge is actually a cut feature from the original FNAF 2.

The only jumpscare that was redone was Withered Golden Freddy

This one has a final frame where it’s more like the FNaF 1 jumpscare, also having a glitching noise to add to the scare

That golden freddy jumpscare was the first one that got me in a very long time o.o
This game both feels like a really well done remake and a cheap early fan-game at the same time. Not that the last one is a bad thing tho

Interestingly enough, the way the puppet enters the office has her face appear on the monitors found in the office actually is based off of a particular hoax image made back in FNAF 2's day, while the changes made to Withered Golden Freddy could be just a stylization thing.

This makes FNaF 2 really funny and I think its better with new functionalities. The only thing I would change are the paper pals and Golden Freddy in the Custom Night and Extras and keep them secret characters!
I think Golden Freddy was actually in the custom night, so having him in the extras is fine tbh
New music box mechanic is freaking genius, it finally makes sense to use other cameras.
And adding extras, challenges, paper pals mechanics and *NIGHT 8 BOSS FIGHT* my goodness that the best remastered I ever seen.
I think golden freddy's jumpscare needs to be improved, like using the vanilla jumpscare but when the head completely covers the screen, it freezes and begins to saturate and distort and the scream starts to slow down sounding like fnaf 1 golden freddy scream.
This game feels like fnaf 2 with more details. It's definitely an upgrade to the original, with the animatronics twitching when they enter the office, to a secret 8th night.

Wouldn't that be very hard
I suppose considering you would need to create every environment to remaster each animation but I can see this being solved by photoshopping many of the camera angles into fake sort of 3d environment or you can be a mad lad and actually recreate the entire fnaf diner 1 to 1 in a 3d modeling engine but thats a bit much for anyone. So photoshopping the scenes would be the easiest way then reanimating the characters in these fake backdrops. Thats how I would do it anyways.@@ZphyZphyer
You would basically have to remake the whole game from the ground up and probably would require a different engine, I don't think the engine fnaf 2 runs on could handle moving objects like that.
@@thefancydoge8668 it's not a matter of moving object it's a matter of getting a system to put all the pre rendered videos for each camera into the game. FNAF is basically all just one frozen image but with picture alterations.
@@thefancydoge8668That's where you're ignorant. This was already a remake, as the BTS imagines showed an entire different game engine then Clickteam.
I love the details of the animatronics twitching. Really gives the feeling that someone's soul is inside the animatronics.

I do like the idea of seeing them move into the office, but they seem much too jittery, especially when they're standing. Also Golden Freddy and Paper Pals look cheaply done. Interesting concepts, though
Yeah they don’t look like they’re part of the game at all. The reason why the original games actually look like they’re in there is cause they’re actually rendered in with the room. That’s why mangle looks so bad in some rooms because it’s not rendered in, to save Scott time I guess. Golden Freddy just looks too saturated anyway
golden freddy was designed that way to reference how golden freddy is a SPOOKY GHOST!!!1 or whatever, and the twitching was done to the withered's that way to show that theyre well, broken and damaged.

While I like the new stuff they added, HATE how the office changed to being more squished, I know thats how it originally looked, but it just doesn’t feel right to scroll with. Reason why it was better for mobile than PC

its so that you can play the game, it needs the original fnaf 1 or 2 (FROM STEAM) and you simply put it in your filepath

what paperpals can do in this deluxe dition ?
They appear in your office one by one and then they'll block your view by standing Infront of your face. You need put the mask on your face to get rid of them. When you do this, they'll start slowly disappearing one by one. They can't kill you.

Half of the times I put on the mask that actually worked in-game would probably have gotten me killed in OG FNAF2

Im not a fan of the new G. freddy look, G. freddy looks like those deep fryed memes now. If they wanted to make G. freddy more ghostly they should've made G. freddy have more of a translucent look. I do like that G. freddy actually laughs again and doesn't just appear without warning.
theres a purple, night guard? that appeared to me at night 3 covering the screen with a message of "you can't" and then clashed the game

While you're right about that, if what someone said in the replies of another comment is true, this game doesn't work if you don't already have the original FNaF 2. Which if it is the case, means it technically isn't free as you still need to have the original game to actually use it.
