🔴This video gives you a complete guide on Velliangiri Mountains situated at Western Ghats border of Coimbatore district, Tamil Nadu bordering Palakkad District, Kerala. Velliangiri is at a distance of 78.2KM Chennai to Coimbatore 543 km
Rules and Regulations in Velliangiri :
1) Plastics are not allowed
2) Digtal cameras allowed
Drones not allowed 🚫 and permission forest
3) All forms of drugs are strictly prohibited
4) Women's between the age of 10 to 50 are not allowed to climb the hills but are allowed to visit the temple at the base.

They worship Swayambhu lord at the end of seven hills. Usually, people climb these holy hills between Thai (Tamil Month) (mid of January) till Vaigasi (end of march). Velliangiri hill has an altitude of 6000 ft and one has to trek a distance of 6 km to reach the Summit.
