Jobs in USA prefer mostly who do either Masters or PhD in USA rather than other countries. So, there is a very less possibility that you might get a job in US with your Masters degree from India

I don’t think so.
If I am not wrong you need to have a four year bachelors degree to get into MS.

You can do one thing,
Email to your university from where you got your I-20 and ask them if your course falls under stem. They will sure have the answer for your question.
Mostly, if the course is not present in the list it can be a non-stem but don’t loose the hope. Try asking the university, they might help you out.

Every field has a job accordingly. So, if you could focus on getting your masters or phd then you will eventually find a job through multiple ways. One such way is by networking.
Hey, I have a query. Supose Natural sciences is available in list as "STEM", so will that be "STEM" in each & every university providing that course in USA or we again need to find out which particular university is providing it in "STEM"?
That's a good question.
The STEM courses are the list made by USCIS and not the individual universities. The best way to know if you are doing a STEM or NON-STEM course is to check on the code available on your I-20 with the official document of STEM listed courses.
