CE looks amazing! Best reveal video ever. Looked like the movie reveal and not a pinball machine. Have to play it. If the family likes it will buy it used. Just can’t spend $15k on anything outside of a car.
Cary, I’m enjoying your evolution on presentation during your videos. The sections divided by the video, the previous machines on top…though you miss POTC.I like it a lot 👍
Their video was done great. I don’t like the the 30 second video , then the 1 minute video, then the 5 minute video , then the stream. JjP did it right with their video.
The Radcals are always like that on JJP. They are like that on both my Toy Story and Elton John. I just went down and checked them both before posting. Not as noticeable on EJ because EJ has dark image that blends in with the black cabinet, however on Toy Story it was the first thing I noticed when unboxing. It's actually a decent size gap on my Toy Story due to the Red & Black contrast.
I never doubted for a second the beauty and attention to detail jersey jack will bring to the table, as always stunning. But I still stand by my previous intentions, this is not a franchise I want so I'm happy I will not have to collect it. Put the wallet back 😂

JJP commented on the video post on FB that the CE has all three UV ink colors and the LE only has blue. This is a huge swing and miss to me! They should have saved on powder coating and put those colors in both! If anything it cost them more to have two runs of playfields with color changes then to run them all with the same colors.
Also I noticed the shake on the video. Immediately thought he had a medical issue (such as a Parkinson’s as I don’t know them all). Wish him the best even as I complain about the JJP decisions they make on their games.
The Avatar theme is one that I don’t like. This has nothing to do with Pinball, but the Avatar movies are modern Western propaganda that perpetuates the myth of “tribes” being the good guys that are one with nature vs the bad Humans. Sorry, but I’m rooting for the Humans in Avatar lol
You are making up a political strawman to serve your personal views. Tribes are savage. The myth is civilization isn't 😈. However, Avatar is about a civilization living in harmony with nature being displaced by a larger civilization harvesting resources. We have done the second part to each other. We have never done the first part and probably never will. Whichever humans takes the most resources wins 😈. Aztecs, Navaho, Incans, etc, were large civilizations numbering in 1000s... not tiny little tribes and they may have been inspiration but they are just like any other greedy human.

And they invent differences in these human-like creatures that lead them to behave this way through the lens of a human entering into the body of the alien-human-like-being through an avatar. Now this alien experience can be seen as an allusion to human religion or spiritual experience that can often open a persons eyes to a new way of being but a base human is simply a very greedy survival machine without much spirit in my opinion.

I don’t understand how a game like EJ CE at 15K with a dual screen topper, radcals, loaded with extras is considered so high when a FF LE at 12.99K with a topper was 15K as well. Yet everyone keeps going on about JJP’s price range. JJP’s CE’ are in a league by themselves. Yes I own Stern LE’s LOLOL
100% spot on! I would take it a step further and say JJP LE's are cheaper than Sterns. $12K is a STEAL for an LE with a Topper! X-Men is freaking $13K with no Topper! Stern has borderline insane pricing. Then when you factor in the fact that within a month JJPs used machine is going to be about $9K-$10K for that LE it's a way better value. The Stern LE is still going to be $11K used with NO Topper.

Meh they are a year late, why not release when the movie is actually in theaters, and how could you forget pirates in their lineup?!?! It’s their best game, take Toy Story or godfather out and add pirates!

Love the phantasy Star music at the intro Brought me back to the Dreamcast days. One of the best games ever.
