Al Brooks Entering Late in Trends

- Al Brooks presentation originally given at the Las Vegas Paris Traders Expo in October 16, 2015 and repeated here for The Money Show on November 3, 2015.
Al talks about entering late in a trend. Many traders are afraid to enter the market after a strong breakout has ended, after which the trend has often weakened into a channel that goes on and on, trapping traders out of the market.
If a trader can appreciate and understand the underlying forces that create this price action, he can take trades that he thought were not possible. These forces are not 'noise'.Al talks about such entry setups along with important trade management needs.

It really made no sense to me when he said ''It doesn't matter whether I'm right or wrong, whether the market goes up and down. I'm good regardless''. People are really losing a sh*t ton of money out here. I personally have been buying stocks since the beginning of the year and yet nothing's changed, but I've been reading articles of people still in the same market pulling off over 350k in just a couple months. Its tough out here!
Sometimes, the strategies to stay on constant green in a downturn markets are quite rigorous for the regular-Joe. Matter of fact, they are most successfully carried out by experts who have had a great deal of skillset/knowledge of the market. Maybe you should hire one.
@@sherryie2 Agreed! I first contacted a Financial Analyst because these days, it's easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is knowing when to sell or keep. That's where my manager comes in, to help me with entry and exit points in the industries I'm engaged in. I’m currently 60% up in profits just in 5months with my initial capital of $160k

I like the information shared here, my only problem is Al's example's are in the middle of the chart, after the fact. I wish Al's example's were given from the hard right edge of the chart in real-time as price candles form before your eyes.
Middle of the chart price action is too easy to see and after the fact!!!
Decision making from the hard right edge of chart is what makes trading profitably such a challenge.
Just test out this methodology on your own by advancing your chart one bar at a time you. That’s what I did

Great video, very detailed and to the point video article you posted mate. On the other hand there are many ways of manipulating the market, I was able to grasp the knowledge of trading crypto assets early enough, but i was still limited due to my lack of technical understanding of how to analyze the digital market , all that changed when i encountered (Henrik Bower) strategy. more emphasis should be put into day trading as it Is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market.

So every other trading guru says DO NOT scale into trades when they are losing…but this one says that buy the close traders will scale into trades so they don’t lose money. I’m so confused
This is discretionary trading and it is learned with a lot of experience, don't scale into losses as a beginner, even Al has a video on yt about scaling into a losing trade and he says it

Honestly this is the best way to trade. Every system I have ever used needs a pullback, and that pullback usually is a range and not a continuation. Finally a trading approach that isnt snake oil.
It's amazing how well price action works, not only in Forex trading but even Binary Options trading.
My last trade was 6pips ITM and all I needed was a well-placed resistance line!

It's has been so difficult for me trading on my own because i have had much losses.Think the real market is manipulated, please can anyone help me out or tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Maybe you need an instructor or coach to train you first. This is not easier than playing golf and competing with the top players.

That's an oxymoron as you defined the bears and bulls states by the market breaking out in the first place.
I can’t help but to think you’re a fund trader with a lot of capital, “teaching” retail traders how to provide liquidity for opposing trades.
