I got her for 40 pulls, got her weapon for 10 pulls, leveled her up to 80, buffed her up, and all stages are 5x easier now. She's OP especially when there's an aweful lot of enemies.
Tip for star ocean, use her like this if you equip star ocean: Skill> Skill > Shot > Skill > Shot > Skill > Shot > Skill --- until reload and then empty the Skill > reload and repeat. That makes it so not only the fire rate won't be a problem, Star ocean DoT will run without you idling.
Dropped her yesterday. Combining her with Fritia Hush is so deadly! Group enemies, with Fritia's chain, and spam Haru's sword attacks. I don't have any neuronics nor manifestations on her yet, but it already is such a great mob clearer combination! Plus Yao as healer and I'm nearly unstoppable. I just need to level up both her and her logistics, because she's dying fast on bosses.
What about thebes? Because it has 100% uptime atk buff. (It need 20 hit tho) Can akitsu maintain the buff if i had a hard time utilize ultimate energy?
The different between increasing atk% and elemental dmg is Increasing Atk% are stacking additively with your character Atk% stats, for simple example 4 + 4 = 8 While elemental dmg will stacking multiplicatively with your character "total loadout Atk" for example 4 + 2 = 6 * 2 = 12 So, you can still deal damage morethan Thebes squad even eithout using ultimate while equiping Akitsu squad, also Akitsu squad are really effective against weak enemies

Emm, kinda not understand what you asking this time, because the different between Akitsu and Thebes is Akitsu can give skill dmg, Atk% & Kinetic Elemental dmg Thebes can give skill dmg & Atk% But if you asking about elemental resistance and dmg deal, that two are another multiplicative buff other than elemental dmg buff, Dmg deal/final dmg deal > Elemental resist > Elemental dmg > Atk%. Kinda like that their position between each other, even tho Elemental resist and Elemental dmg almost equal. Its okay if you rarely use ultimate, even just standard skill+shooting Akitsu can stand little bit higher than Thebes 👍🏻 And after you reach M1 Haru abs, Akitsu can perform even more higher than Thebes because you can always start with an Ultimate skill available to use
better use both wisely, if you include her logistic skill effect in, one slap from her skill is stronger than one shoot from her gun, and you can't keep using her skill all the time, so you'll need to shoot in order to recharge her skill (but when against shielded enemy it become otherwise) her best team when against nonshield enemy : Haru, Iris, Healer (CX4* or Yao) her best team against shielded enemy : Haru, Shotgunner or sniper or any Shooting dependend ops (shooting can deal twice dmg to shield, you can watch my Video about UNEXPLAINED INGAME MECHANISM if you want to know some hidden info), and Healer well you can use haru normal shoot to deal with shield thoo if you only against single shielded enemy

So use your S-skill wisely while utilize the Kinetic DOT, so you won't ever run out of Skill to use 😃👍🏻
Rate of fire is similiar to Fire/min You can calculate the unload time with formula ((ammocap - 1) / fire rate )*60 You will get the unload time from that, the minus one in ammo cap because the last shoot and first shoot after reload usually happen so fast that enough to ignore about 1 bullet unload time

You can give your piece to your friend based on what they need, if you give what they need you will get a random one back which mean there is no lost for you And every time you give 3 piece to other people, you will get the 1 smaller piece for free, it a good update for us 👍🏻

Even though Thebes can provide sustain ATK% buff, the elemental dmg buff from Akitsu still can buff Haru overall dps more higher and surpass Thebes, especially when using ultimate. So better use Akitsu, for that, just makes sure to keep slappin the enemy with skill. Also God bless you too 👍🏻

If you're f2p maybe you can keep using Star Ocean and keep struggle with it, but if the fire rate is really agitate you, then go for her sig, since her sig outperform star ocean on sustain dps, dmg buff, and charging skill. Who use star ocean before you decided to use it on Haru? If you have other suitable character to use star ocean then pulling for 16-psyche will be no loss, but if no one can use star ocean beside Haru5* then better struggle with that 😂👍🏻
She is very very good against hordes of enemy, even CX 5* are always getting annoyed by her, and the way she can hit enemy from behind cover makes her even better, the problem is just when fighting boss with shield, since skill won't deal twice amount of dmg to shield like shooting, so it's better to team her with high shooting dps ops when fighting against shielded enemy, and her skill kinda random targeting when come to multi-destroyable part enemy if you not positioning her properly. But for boss like joseph, batwoman, and will anderson, she can slap hard. If you still have enough pull then go for her, you wont regret👍🏻 You can rest after that considering next banner is Fritia hush
