If only the employers would do a risk assessment into the safety of covid vaccines which are still mandated for many jobs here in Australia. I guess that’s why employers cannot find enough workers here anymore 😢

It's a quite inexplicable situation. We love Australia and have many friends/family in your neck of the woods, but what has transpired over the last few years has caused huge damage to confidence in access/travel/work etc. across the board. Unfortunately Employer's take much of their direction from professional/industry bodies (& government of course) when it comes to this type of stuff. Needless to say most, if not all, of these were 'supportive' (due to undisclosed reasons/incentives) of the unprecedented push for these products being administered across the world, regardless of true product safety validation and individualised medical risk assessment (or lack thereof). Our advice to Client's (some of which were talking of mandates) during this time was that the personal use of such experimental products was an entirely private medical matter, should absolutely not be a pre-requisite/condition of employment (under any circumstances) and must not be grounds for ANY type of exclusion or workplace discrimination. We really hope the situation improves soon. :-)
