@@kmrfrom Hi Kumar..based on my understanding..to be world class in health and fitness, you to spend good amount of time,energy & money in understanding your self, your behavior pattern,thinking pattern,eating pattern and your lifestyle as a whole.If you ignore it, eventually it will take a toll on you in many ways such as emotional break down,health break down and this will indirectly effect your productivity.As the ancient saying."OUR BODY IS A TEMPLE OF GOD" and its the highest form of technology that ever existed.So taking care of yourself is key before anything else.

This is a great talk---not sure how many millenials were in the room at the time but they desperately need to hear how ..."service comes from the heart". (Hope I got the quote half way right.)
