Fr Altman refused to hear and respond to the Bishop's Fraternal correction, but continued to divide and isolate and condemn.
He had months to correct his angry and judgemental teaching , but simply refused to do so.
He has no one but himself to blame for his sad situation .
The Bishop has every right to follow his conscience in upholding true christian values .

At judgement day I would much rather be that "devisive ineffectual" priest rather then half if the Judas bishops. I pray for his bishop and for you.

But , thank God , they are now correctly putting people above vested interests.
Think again when you say this priest is preaching Christian truth , when he endorses division and condemnation on already so much confused Catholics.
The Bishop was simply defending Christian values , which has long been accepted by all informed catholics.
This priest would be most happy , only to see his parishioners ( with the exception of a few who reported him ) , and the rest of the Catholics(wherever they are ) who voted for the democrats condemned to hell. You cannot be a catholic and vote democrat , declared this priest in anger and judgement.
He was simply wrong , and I pray will come to his senses . the Bishop gave him over 7 months to reform his teaching and something had to done , and is now done !.
