    There is this very interesting open concept when you walked into the house. You only showed it for a second. It's better to have her show you around and tell you the story about the property, film that. She is the realtor, she can do the pitch. Then take the time to go through everything and do your panning shots in each room...slowly from left to right. Also, add more drone footage. To finish it off, you should go back when it's dark to show off the lighting and ambience at night. Then later on edit the footage to make it fit as one story. Also, always film from the center point of a room/area. It's more visually attractive for the viewer. That way the footage looks more professional. These houses go for a few million bucks, so there's obviously some good money to make here. Good luck.
