The AEW roster seems to have a problem with guys not wanting to share the spotlight more than anything, ex-champions complaining about not being used properly just come of as entitled to me, it's like dude you were a freaking champ, you can't be in the main spot the whole freaking time especially with a stacked roster, have your run then step aside for awhile.

Knowing that, I don't think there is a chance in hell she would let AEW use it for Grado, unfortunately. Also, even if somehow she was convinced, the cost to use it in the show, and then also keep the license to use it in clips online, future streams of the PPV, etc., would likely be WAAAAYYYYY too expensive to make it worth it.
